Hello! I have 2 children, both of whom attend Dacre Braithwaite. 

I believe these early years should be magical for our children and wanted to do everything I could to enhance it. Joining FODB for me was an opportunity to assist in fundraising and help our fabulous school give our children the best facilities and most opportunities possible.

Hey. I’m a mum of two little ones who go to Dacre Braithwaite school. I wanted to join the PTA not only to help the school by raising money for incredible trips, equipment and, facilities but to be part of a community who encourage and support the school, children and each other.

I am mummy of 2 girls. Both of whom have joined DB, the youngest this September 2024. I am not at all creati ves but do have time to be able to offer help and support the school. The best way I thought to use this time was to work with FODB. By running the school discos/summer BBQs and raising funds FODB are able to provide that extra little bit of help to the school to support all the wonderful things they offer to our children.

I have 6 children, 3 of which currently attend Dacre Braithwaite (and the rest will follow shortly). The school has been attended by many of my family, going back at least 5 generations! I wanted to get involved with FODBS as I feel it’s a great support system and gives help where needed, so all our children at the school can benefit from extra curricular activities, by raising much needed funds. It’s also been a great opportunity for me to make new friends and get to know my school community.
